Added the possibility to select nodes in fxt:apply and fxt:copyContent by using
the key mechanism. This deprecates fxt:applyKey and fxt:copyKey as means of of
retrieveing key information. fxt:applyKey and fxt:copyKey can now be used
inside fxt:forAllKeys to retrieve the nodes associated with the current key.

Added fxt:forAll to iterate over a sequence of nodes and apply a local
tranformation on them.

  -o xmlOutputFile
If an xmlInputFile is specified and possibly an XML output file, 
at the compile time than the generated transformation is consequently
called with the XML input and output as arguments. Useful when the
transformation is used only once.
